Refund policy

Returns & Refunds. All products are factory-sealed Pokémon TCG items. Because we cannot verify the condition of opened product, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, or we send the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at lurkcards@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will replace the item or refund you. APPROVED refunds go back to your original payment method. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only on unopened, undamaged items within 14 days, at the buyer's cost for return shipping. Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve it quickly.
